Wind Down Wednesdays continues with Barre3 leading an energizing outdoor fitness class at the Ellipse. Join us for a free midweek workout designed to help you reset, move, and enjoy the outdoors in the heart of Ballston.
Barre3 is an efficient, effective workout that combines strength, cardio and mindfulness in 45- and 60-minute class formats. Our workouts are designed to meet you where you are. We shift the focus from how exercise makes you look to how it makes you feel—balanced, connected, and strong. Designed for every body, every day, and every stage of life, barre3 empowers you to move through the world with confidence and ease.
Participants should bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and optional hand held weights 2-6 lbs.
The class will take place from 5:00–6:00 PM at 4401 Wilson Blvd, in the courtyard near Grand Cru and Roggenart Bakery & Café by the fountain.
