Wind Down Wednesday – Outdoor Fitness Series

Wind Down Wednesdays continues with Training Ground leading an energizing outdoor fitness class at the Ellipse. Join us for a free midweek workout designed to help you reset, move, and enjoy the outdoors in the heart of Ballston.

This cardio-based, high-energy session delivers nonstop conditioning across a variety of muscle groups, combining strength and agility drills in a motivating, fast-paced environment. All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged.

The class will take place from 5:00–6:00 PM at 4401 Wilson Blvd, in the courtyard near Grand Cru and Roggenart Bakery & Café by the fountain. Training Ground is one of our featured studios this May, with additional sessions later in the month.
