NTTC represents the tank truck industry before Congress and many of the federal regulatory agencies, including the DOT , EPA, DHS, and their many divisions like PHMSA, FMCSA, and TSA. We're also involved in numerous state and local issues that impact tank truck carriers through our affiliate relationship with the American Trucking Associations.

The Potomac Institute fiercely maintains objectivity and credibility by remaining independent of any federal or state agency, and owing no special allegiance to any political party or private entity. The Institute also bases its policy recommendations purely on the best available data and science, divorcing any political or popular sentiment from our analysis.
