About Us

The Ballston Business Improvement District (BID) is a public-private partnership dedicated to strengthening Ballston as a vibrant place to work, live, and explore. Funded through a special assessment on commercial property owners within its boundaries, the BID reinvests in programs, services, and improvements that benefit the district. Through placemaking, economic development, community engagement, transportation advocacy, and strategic partnerships, we enhance and beautify public spaces, support local businesses, strengthen connectivity, bring people together, and advance Ballston’s long-term vitality.
