Join us for a rooftop yoga class led by SPENGA Ballston. A refreshing midweek reset. Flow through energizing stretches, find your calm, and soak in the open-air views. Bring your yoga mat and water bottle to stay comfortable and hydrated. All levels are welcome, come move, breathe, and unwind with us.
