Strategic Plan
In FY22, the Ballston BID developed its third strategic plan in collaboration with Streetsense, BID Board Members, and insights from businesses across the neighborhood. This three-year strategic plan applies to 2023-2025, and details strategies the BID is currently implementing to serve our commercial real estate property owners, our business community and workforce, and the urban streetscape throughout the Ballston neighborhood.
